DYLAN PECK, CO-FOUNDER & PRESIDENT | With over 10 years of project management experience on landscape installations, Dylan specializes in creative solutions for today’s green industry environment. He is an expert in the coordination and construction of large scale public spaces, athletic fields, green roof systems, and the utilization of water conservation management. Project involvement of note includes multiple piers and projects for Brooklyn Bridge Park, The High Line: Phases 1 and 2, Governor's Island: Phase 1, World Trade Center Memorial, Central Park: Grand Army Plaza North project, Princeton University: Whitman College project, and University of Pennsylvania: Penn Park project.

CHRIS MARTINEZ, CO-FOUNDER & VICE PRESIDENT | Chris has over 12 years experience as a Construction Project Supervisor & Operations Manager, specializing in landscape construction and maintenance. He has managed all aspects of site construction as a General Contractor and has a wealth of knowledge in coordinating logistics of multi-million dollar projects. Project highlights include the 9/11 Memorial Tree Planting, The High Line: Phases 1 and 2, Museum of Modern Art Sculpture Garden construction and maintenance, Brooklyn Botanic Garden South Garden Renovation: Phases 1 and 2, Princeton University: Neuroscience Building.

DEREK RYAN, PARTNER & LEAD ESTIMATOR | Derek has ten years of experience in New York City construction as a cost estimator and project manager. He specializes in the bidding, negotiations, and effective handling of multi-million dollar landscape and site work contracts. He is acutely familiar with the intricacies and complex logistical challenges unique to projects of varying scales, both in the public and private sector. From a management standpoint, he has been directly involved with projects including the Hudson Park & Boulevard development, Governors Island Phase 1, Brooklyn Naval Cemetery Landscape, Tavern on the Green Landscape, and several piers at Brooklyn Bridge Park.
